Please include a copy of the original invoice with the returned product for proper credit.
Product returned within 30 days of receipt by customer and meeting policy requirements, will be processed without transaction or unit fees. Product may be exchanged for alternate item(s) and reshipped at customer’s cost, or refunded at original purchase price.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Everidis Health Sciences will issue a refund for returned goods within 30 days of receipt in St. Louis. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original order.
Product not purchased directly from EveridisHomeDelivery.com will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Returned product will be evaluated promptly, and refund/exchange value will reflect eligibility and/or ineligibility. All products returned, whether deemed eligible for refund/exchange, become the property of Everidis Health Sciences. All Everidis products are returned with the understanding that they are subject to final review and evaluation by Everidis Health Sciences, and will be processed in accordance with the most recent returned goods policy in effect at the time the return is received.
Refunds will not be issued for samples, books or any product that is included at no charge. Everidis Health Sciences reserves the right to calculate returned items at a zero refund/exchange value in the event the original order included the same product at no charge.
This returned goods policy applies to the original purchase only. Product that has been repackaged, or not in its original container is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Everidis Health Sciences reserves the right to amend this policy without notification to the customer.
